The brush is taken out and the two anodes are used for simultaneous use to improve the work efficiency. The hanger is convenient and practical, and the electrolytic bath can be taken out and brushed.
1. Pour the electrolyte into the electrolytic cell, and fix the stainless steel pole tile (cathode) against the two ends of the electrolytic cell.
2. Clamp the support (workpiece) with a fish clip (anode), and hang the work piece with steel wire connection and put it in the electrolyte.
3. Set the working time (4-6 minutes), adjust the current size (about 3 to 5 amperes), and adjust the working time and current appropriately according to the size of the workpiece and the degree of electrolyte.
4. After the set time is over, take out the support (workpiece) and clean it with water.
